Does anyone know where can I get the code of Helix-DNA player for symbian ?

I tried on their site however I didn't find the actual code. if you have the link or the code it self , please share

Are there any other video-players code that are free and which I can use in my own application for playing video-clips (Symbian 6.0, Nokia 3650).

Yes.
But I figured that there there might be some zip files that contains the code which will save the need of downloading the cpp,h and other files one by one ... is there ?

well, I believe that the source code is in CVS so you can check-out the whole project... Try to look for cvs login information on the site...
