    After 3 weeks usage of my nokia 6230, i got the "insert sim card" message.

    Does anyone know if this problem is hardware or software ?

    what I am guessing is this is a software glitch/problem with the 6230.

    I constantly have this problem with my 6230. I have read online as well that other people have had this same issue with their 6230.

    Unfortunately, i haven't heard of any fix for this. The 6230 still has alot of bugs in the software.
