Error using Sisar

Hi, i'm unable to use the SISAR program ti create sis files... i've also tryed from the command line...but i get this error:

hello.pkg
Warning: com.sun.xml.parser/V-001
Processing of "hello.pkg" failed: Reading of XML file failed: com.sun.xml.parser/P-067


any idea? I'm just compiling the hello program...the hello world program runs perfectly on the emulator

Are you able to create a sis file with makesis? If not, please list the .pkg file here.
