Any one suggest a Nokia java phone?

I am willing to buy a nokia java phone for the testing purpose, i am not playing Java games that needs a lot of memory and speed, so i cannot simple choose the most expensive one, and also i've no that much money, currently i prefer Nokia 3220, it has 512Kb heap size, 128kb max jar size, S40, MIDP 2, but anyone have some other idea which phone can i use? What's the price?
