content id and content location encoding please help

i don't know how to parse/encode this stuffs. if you know how to i would love to hear from you. i am doing a free/open source mms library and i am done with much of the mms headers. but as for content id and content location in the multipart headers i don't know where to find documentations of its encoding. i need a lot of help in here.

my library is already able to encode and decode mms pdus. i am using an mc35 to send and receive pdus but i guess as long as you have a gprs/ppp connection in the background the phone should be irrelevant. the underlying OS too since i am using Java. I tried it myself in Linux and someone else told me he was able to make it work in Windows.
