Sony/Ericsson has released a vibration API for most of their series 60 devices (with Symbian OS 6.0-7.0)...will you guys being doing the same shortly?!!

This is more than a small oversight not having this functionality in your devices - this is a major omission to many developers.

    Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

The P800/900 line? That's not Series 60. It's UIQ. They're both Symbian but not exactly the same.
But I do agree it's time the vibration methods in MIDP started working on Series 60.

Actually, I'm wondering if the Nokia 6600 v 5.27.0 Firmware upgrade, though it does not specifically mention this bug, will FINALLY allow J2ME invoked vibration.

Anyone like to comment on this?
