KERN-EXEC 3 while CreateAttachment2L

Hi developers,

I am getting KERN-EXEC 3 when there is a function call CreateAttachment2L() of CMmsClientMtm.

When calling this function it is sure that the file to be attached exists. But still its crashing.

Has anybody faced this problem? What can be thepossible reason behind this ?

that problem occurs when if you didn't release the properly. if you initialize the object at heap memory.
CleanUpstack::PushL()
CleanUpStack::PopAndDestroy();
