Does Nokia 5140 support JSR-179? Yes or No?

After reading this thread I am really confused. So what is it. Does Nokia 5140 support JSR-179? Yes or No?

In the Mobile specifications in nokia page I don't see any reference to JSR-179. Has any one tried making a MIDlet working with GPS for this mobile phone? If yes what are the results?

try making this call:
System.getProperty("microedition.location.version");
If it returns null, the the location api is not supported, otherwise it will return the version of the api that is installed.
