RTP stack

Hi all.
What about actual implementations of RTP in symbian?
Nokia is promoting SIP protocol, making available its SIP plugin but what about the transport after the signalling?
Is there a free RTP stack available for symbian actually?
A (complete) stack would be necessary for coding a server application capable of reordering and dropping pckts ecc...
I've done many search and I found these informations:
1) It is (or will be?) included in Symbian 9.1 (may we hope in a backport?)

2)There are some rumors about a porting af the "livemedia" library from live.com (from their devel list)

3)Indtelesoft company has a commercial one in its communication framework:
