Difference between wav and x-wav

Hi,

Does anyone know what the difference is between the audio/wav and the audio/x-wav types? Is there any difference? If not, why is there two mime types?

For the part of multimedia audio file extensions or codices, x-wav is not know, as far as i am concerned. but it may be implemtend in the programming part of audio into wireless devices using java, etc. But it is all one and the same thing
