URGENT Does Midp2.0 Application Use Http Stack or Wap Stack

Hello, as i said the same application i gave in my previuos query was working with midp1.0 phones i.e Nokia 7650,3650 but the same aplication is not working with nokia 7610.

I Heard that midp 1.0 Application use wap stack where as Midp2.0 applications uses Http Stack so do i need wap gateway at my server,

Matter of fact I even tried unistalling wap gateway but still my app couldnt not work.

please help me or i am loose a great oppruntnity.
