Hi. I have Nokia 3330. I am trying to send smart messages
from my phone to my phone for the first time. I am trying
to send two different messages: a Compact business card and,
a DMCP message. I am sending the business card message as:
//SCKL157D Business Card <CRLF>
John <CRLF>
I am sending DMCP message as:
//SCKL1584 IA:CallsMenu <CRLF>
OPER 2 Calls <CRLF>
N <CRLF>
C VOICE <CRLF>
0425863172 <CRLF>
However, when the messages arrive at the phone, neither
the business card nor the DMCP arrives as business card
and DMCP respectively, but rather as text sms messages in
the mailbox. Please suggest what could I be doing wrong that
they are not being interpreted as they should be when they
arrive at the phone. Thank you.

It seems that 3330 can't parse those text formatted vCard messages. I was able to send such a card with binary headers successfully. Here's an example:
USER DATA LENGTH : 120 octets
UDH LENGTH : 6
UDH : 05 04 23 F4 23 F4
UDH ELEMENTS : 05 APPL. PORT ADDRESSING 16BIT
04 BYTES INFORMATION ELEMENT
23F4 9204 SOURCE PORT
<- WAP vCard
23F4 9204 DESTINATION PORT
-> WAP vCard
