it s possible to connect gprs automatically??

Hi,
i am preparing a graduate project.i have a question about gprs..My question is:
is this possible that my phone can connect a web server (a xml web page actually) via gprs programatically, for example in a desired time...Also when it is connecting,there must NOT be seen an approval message to the user..is it possible my friends??

it is, basically I think the user can change the settings in comms database, so it will not ask for IAP or any other stuff during connection.
