Got Stuck in installing Python for Series 60 emulator

Hi
Its a request that if any one knows the step by step process to get the emulator in working condition with python interpreter on windows xp platform then please let me know. I have tried several times , so please send me the links also from where i can get the Feature pack 3 Emulator and how i can install it on my pc.
Actually my motto is to make an aplication to run on Emulator, written in python language , and that application has to fetch some data from the internet.
Being new in development so please take me as a novice person.

The S60 2nd Edition FP3 SDK can be downloaded from here. Clicking "Next" several times will get you trhough the installation but read the release notes first to undeerstand what other software is needed.

As for solving the Python installation issues ... well, this is the place to ask for help.
