Need the tools and tutorials for SymbianC++

Hi everone, I am new to Symbian C++ and now i need to develop an application in Symbian c++ for a mobile but i am totaly blank about this.....so plese help me by giving me some links for the tutorials and also the compiler and other stuffs which i should download for this purpos..

The application I need to develop is that If a call comes from a perticular number the phone should answer to that call automatically ..and disconnect it automatically after that...
Plese do help me in this application also by providing me with the coding....Any kind of help will be appriciable....
