servlet connectivity problem...

am using J2ME 2.2 on winxp professional with tomcat at HOME
In my code i have used "join" method during servlet connection ....
it does not work on Normal emulators provided by sun..
But same code work on Nokia emulators which i added to J2ME lator..

why? if any body knows please tell me...

It is possible, that you are using Classes that are only provided by Nokia. Therefore your application will only work on Nokia cellphones and emulators.

But i installed same nokia simulator in college.
My college is having fedora core 2 linux OS...
there again i am having same servlet connection problem

Same code i was able to run at my home with nokia simulator...
