Any Push Initiator sample??

Nokia Activ Server training tutorial said that Push Initiator sample
code could be found in "samples" directory. However, I can't find it.
Can anyone provide me Push Initiator sample code? Thanks!

WAP Push services are explained pretty well and some examples given at http://www.thozie.de/english/wap/push.htm.
Some technical information can be found from Push message specification (see www.wapforum.org).
