U.S. Export Administration Regulations

Hi all!
First of all... excuse me for my english and for posting this topic in this forum, but I didn't find any category where it fits in (something general about Forum Nokia).

I'm Marc, computer science student in Barcelona, Spain, and I'd like to know where can I find more info about those "U.S. Export Administration Regulations" which make me an unauthorised user to download tech documents from this site because off connecting from Spain.

Considering:

1. Nokia is a Finnish company
2. I'm not American and i was able to access resources yesterday
3. It's April Fools Day today

Maybe you're trying to download the documents from their US sites?

The URL for the main developer site is:

I have never had any problems getting documents from this site.

I was looking for this documents just for fun... but many people work on this. I suppose Nokia wouldn't joke about this... don't you think? I really don't know US humor, so I could be wrong :-p

I've just tried from another internet connection and I can download the files!!!! :-S

I don't know which was the problem then! Ouch!
