I 've tryed to download the SDK and the developer suite several times and server is allways busy. What can I do to get the tools and learn developing for NOKIA 6230?

Try Downloading Nokia Developer Suite for J2ME V2.2: NK 6230 Emulator is available along with that.
If you could not download using regular download ; I suggest to use Download Accelerator (DAP)
