NT4 driver for CardPhone 1.0

I'm trying to track down the NT4.0 driver for CardPhone 1.0. The drivers aren't available from the Nokia Forum, only the Windows CE driver is there. Does anyone have the the NT4.0 driver on their own FTP site or could someone email them to me please?? Thanks.
