No solution for Internal compiler error in function fatal_insn yet?

This really annoys a lot - was anyone successfull in fixing it by using different version of gcc or something. I know I can put -O0 into cl_gcc.pm, but there should be some other solution. And this problem is more than 2 years old even in this forum!

In fact solution does exist - whose interested check http://www.inf.u-szeged.hu/symbian-gcc/dload.php . Most radical version (3.0-psion-98r2) works for me without any problems so far.
