Phone from midlet

Prompt please. I necessary to write the midlet for Nokia 60 series, from which user can make the phone on specifieded number and play the tune. Possible such?

Could you try to rephrase it? Please, explain step by step what do you want to happen.

Do you want a tune to be played when a phone user *MAKES* a call? Do you want it to to be played to the phone user or the person he or she is calling?

Or is it that you want something to play when a phone user *RECEIVES* a call? Do you want it to happen to the phone user (on the phone) or to the person he or she is calling? Should the received call be rejected or answered/accepted?

Or is it something else that you want to happen?

OK. Could I write the midlet for NOKIA 60 with it's standart API, from which the user could take a call on specified number and play the sound.
