MM7 5.5.0 Submit.REQ PDU

I am submitting the following MM7 5.5.0 Submit.REQ PDU but the Nokia MMSC returns an error staing that the message format is corrupt. Is there anything wrong with the format of the PDU eg. confirms to the 5.5.0 spec? I believe it may be a problem with the missing mustUnderstand attribute from the header. Could someone confirm this?

Is there a Nokia MMSC Emulator that supports MM7 5.5.0? Latest version only appears to support 6.3

Does anyone on Nokia Forums have successful experience of linking to the new MM7 component in Nokia MMSc 4.0 ??

If so, I'd like to know if there are any hints or tips as we're just starting to test but our client application only supports MM7 version 5.3.0 or some Ericsson flavours.
