Smart Messaging service in North America

Hi-

I am looking for some company specialzed in sending smart message including ringtone and picture message in North America?

I happen to find that kind of company in Europe like www.sms-wap.com.

Even API will be fine if the APIs include sending ringtone feature via SMS.

Anyone can help me to find the right solution?
