Installing Series 60 MIDP SDK 1.2.1 for Symbian OS, Nokia Edition

Hi,

I'm trying to install the 'Series 60 MIDP SDK 1.2.1 for Symbian OS, Nokia Edition' on my Windows XP SP1 machine.

I have recieved a serial number for the SDK, but when I use it in the installation process I get the message:

'Serial number error: The given serial number does not match with the username.'

Yes, I cut-and-paste the serial number from the email into the installation app, and yes I requested the serial number again from the page (and got the same serial number back).

Please can you advise what to do next as there seems to be no other way of contacting you other than through this board.

I created a new account for the Nokia forum and requested another Serial Number for that login.

Same result as before:

'Serial number error: The given serial number does not match with the username.'

Is something broken in the Serial Number request process ?
