I would like help/advice and a great IDEA how webconference on PC can establish Mobile video Conferencing, with VIDEO/Voice.

I have got a project and the project demand webconference must have access with the mobile video conference can send /recieve email / view images of all formats/ can view PDF and PPT files.

the primary work of the software must be the person can acces webconference with other wbeconference and have webcofnerence with Mobile video conference .

PLEASE HELP ME OUT IS THAT POSSIBLE RIGHT NOW IF YES GIVE ME ADVICE .HELP / AND GREAT IDEA TO WORK ON IT.
