How to add a menu item in the Options menu of a Nokia 7650 ?

I just started looking into the Symbian SDK for 7650 (Series 60). I want to add a menu item to the Options menu on a Nokia 7650. How do I go about it?

Hi,

Menu items are usually defined in the resource file (.rss). Many of example applications in the SDK have a menu items. Please go through all the example applications, especially the menu example.
