OTA e-mail settings for 6680: "send e-mail immediately"

hi,

the 6680 (and i suppose others) has an e-mail configuration option to choose if a composed e-mail is sent immediately or upon the next connection.

does anybody know if this setting can be set via OTA provisioning? i haven't found a parameter that could do this...
