i launch my app with new features graphics than change active app, when turn back my app is a full screen empty ( color white )

why?

I think that is because Canvas isn't saved anywhere. But how to solve I don't know, we would be able to fix if we had some callback function that was called when switched back into the app.

Yes, that's the reason and yes, there is such a callback. See snake.py for an example.
