Nokia developers suite for symbian os .net not available

I've been trying to download the developers suite for symbian os .net for a week and a half now (http://www.forum.nokia.com/main/0,,034-902,00.html) but I keep being informed that the file is not available on the server. Anyone know when this is going to be fixed?

Have you tried to use "Standard browser download", instead of "Nokia download manager?

Sometimes, I have problems with Nokia download manager (don't know why, may be my Windows or my Internet connection).

On nokia download manager it says that the download is ready but simply does not download, whereas browser download says file unavailable

Very strange. I've double checked the link and it works in IE and FireFox.
