I don't understand how to convert the MMC into operator logo header that in Table 5-6 of Page 5-12 in the smart messaging specification (Rev 3.0.0) .
Why the MMC 244 can convert to 42F4?
If I have a MMC is 466,how to convert it?

MCC (Mobile Country Code) is a little endian BCD and in your case it should be 64F6.
