anything Unique from MMC?

hi there,
i want to know if there is anything unique from a MMC Card that can be detected using symbian sdk?

if there is, how to detect that unique codes?
if there isnt, is there any way to make 1 MMC unique to 1phone only?

I think there is some sort of a number, anyway its filesystem would have a volume serial. why would you want to do such a silly thing anyway?? let me guess.. DRM?? tsk tsk tsk.. bad boy

did u mean this way?

TInt aMMCID;
TVolumeInfo volInfo;
fs.Volume(volInfo, EDriveE);
aMMCID = volInfo.iUniqueID;

i hav tried that, but its not the correct way, coz when u test it on new MMC card, it gives 0 value.
