yes - we have developed an SDK that supports the encoding of MMS messages and notifications in Microsoft environments. The SDK is COM based and so can be used in VB, VC++, ASP VBScript etc applications.

A PPG SDK is also available to allow these types of applications push out the notifications through any WAP PPG (we also have a WAP PPG/SMS gateway product if you want a full roundtrip solution).
