Sound volume no more working on 6260

Hello,

I have a very strange behaviour in my NOKIA 6260. When I play an audio file, I can't increase/decrease the volume when using the speekers. I can only enable or disable it. I have checked that when I use the headphones, the volume can be increased and decreased normally. I don't know if this is a software problem or a hardware problem. I need to know. Can you help please ? Is there any software that diagnoses the audio capabilites and checks that they are well working ?
