MMS files on Nokia 6230

Hi,
I'm using Nokia's Mobile Internet tool kit create a simple MMS file , which is viewed as expected using the S40 SDK (phone emulator).

however , when I try to pass this mms file using an IR/Bluethooth connection to a 6230 phone - I manage to save the file to my gallery , however I get an "Unrecognise file" error - in fact I can notice from the Icon appearance that mms "mime type" is not recognised (btw - regular MMS can be constructed or recieved using the "normal" way).


Any suggestion what should be done in order to play mms file locally from the 6230 ?
