Nokia 7710 Trouble Shootin

Hi,
Sigh, dont know wot to say. Im madly in love with my nokia 7710, bought from Vietnam. Now I move to OZ, they dont have that product in here. Currently facing a huge problem, I could take pics from Camera - nokia 7710 but when I want to see those pics I took---> on Nokia 7710 screen appears FILE IS NOT FORMAT. My cellfone is still a cellfonne to call, listen to music still but Cant READ any image files. Could someone plz plz plz give me some good suggestions? Im desperated!!!
