How to turn a amr. file into a mp3

hi i was wondering if anyone knew how to turn a amr. file into a mp3 or somehow playable on your compture.. the file i would like converted is http://www.megaupload.com/?d=42N292VC

so if anyone could convert that file into an mp3 or any other file that could be heard on a pc it would mean the absolute world to me

probably there is conversion tools out there, othervice you could always hack together your own using the AMR codec C-source in the 3GPP specs. http://www.3gpp.org/ftp/Specs/html-info/26073.htm
