Is there any support for audio encoder in Symbian S60

How can I get support to transform PCM to other audio format e.g. mp3 (except MMF)

ps: I use Symbian S60 with FP2 now.

there are quite many posts in this forum on doing the audio conversions, maybe you could search them. Also NewLC discussion board has quite good stuff written about this.

Anyway, so audio codec (for ecample MP3) do not support encoding, so you are not able to make them in the phone, but just play them.
