amr file format

Hi,
Is there anywhere I can find a breakdown of the AMR file format? I have seen some posts suggesting the 3gpp specification, but it doesn't seem to give me what I am after. I am loking for a breakdown similar to this for the WAV format.

thanks for the link, but I've seen that before and I can find the info I need, which link is it under?

I know I have seen the AMR format described somewhere because I found out that the AMR header is #!AMR\n, but I can't remeber where I discovered that...
