Can I access Bluetooth in N3660, using external java btapi?

Hello,

I want to develop application securely, one of solution detect Bluetooh MAC Address as my Unique ID. Some device have bluetooth but doesn't support Java Bluetooth API (JSR-82) eg N3660, Ngage.

Is it posible for me to access bluetooth on Some Nokia Device eg: N3660, Ngage, by adding btapi.jar in my java application to access bluetooth devices although devices doesn't support JSR-82.

I don't think so, but you can develop the 3660/N-Gage apps in C++, instead. If you do, use Series 60 1.2 or "1st Edition" SDKs, not 2.x (2nd Edition) or 3.0 (3rd Edition) SDKs.

you can't add APIs to the KVM.
if a jsr is not supported, there is no way to change this, exept changing the VM with one that supports what you want and that is supported by your phone
