Converting AMR-WB to PCM16?

Hi,

I can convert AMR-NB to PCM16.
Codec id for the conversion:
const TInt KAdvancedUidCodecAMRToPCM16 = 0x101FAF67;

It would be very helpful if somebody could give some hint about conversion. I guess it possible to convert AMR-WB in those phone which supports AMR-WB.
