NOKIA Team - java verified application on nokia 9300 problem

I have signed the application. Now i have two verisons of the same app one signed and one not verified. My verified application while connecting to server through HTTP and HTTPS is posting messages with the User-Agent set as MIDP 2.0 and so on but after certification this is not set for the messages send to server is this a bug for alll Your phones or only 9300 and 9500?

Where to report it ?? do you already have some software upgrades for the communicators?? becouse during the development i came accross many very difficult to overcome problems and i would like to submit some bugs.
