Hi,
I am using the ImToo converter to convert to 3GP files, but i need smaller file size. Is there any option to set a particular file size limit while converting.

Hi,
u can use Quick Time Video Player Version 7.0.3 to influence the size of video-files
for instance by variation of the data-rate of the video-file...
