Why hasn't NOKIA released SDK for V2 FP 3 for codewarrior release version?

The SDK for 2nd Edition, FP 3 for Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 has been released long long ago. But SDK for 2nd Edition, FP 3 for codewarrior is still a beta version.

Actually Nokia has published the Final SDK for FP3, only that the SDK naming in the download menu is a bit unfortunate. For FP3 there only exists one version of the SDK which is a WINSCW version, there is no WINS version. So the FP3 SDK is the CodeWarrior version.

Note that the same FP3 SDK is used both with CodeWarrior and Carbide.vs.
