Eclipse: Couldn't connect virtual machine ???

I installed Eclipse 3.1.1,EclipseME 1.2.1 and NDS 3.0.1. When I start to debug the application, the Eclipse shows a message : "Couldn't connect virtual machine."

How can I debug my Nokia J2ME application ?
