    I would like to dispatch and receive SMS from my VB application. The Nokia 7210 is connected by a serial data cable. Perhaps is there DLL, which makes these functions available? How do I have to proceed? Best thanks.

    you can download pc connectivity 3.0 sdk provided by nokia bro!
