Can't find GSM utility headers

I have OS 7.0's installed, but cannot find any of the gsm util headers

(TGsmSms) gsmuetel.h , (CSmsMessage) Gsmumsg.h , (CSmsHeader)SMUTHDR.h, (CSmsSettings) smutset.h

I do have ( smut.h & smsclnt.h ) but they just forward declare the classes, so when you compile none of the methods are defined. Please help.
