Hi all, need help. We knew that the new 3rd dev generation by Nokia has the feature called FOTA (Firmware upgrade Over The Air). Was it came with an app so I can use it with 2nd dev generation?

If and when Nokia releases devices with FOTA support, the support must be built-in from the beginning & there is no way to add such support as a phone user/owner afterwards.
