Please Help about SMS

hello,

i should develop an application in JAVA or MS .NET C# which is sending and receiving SMS. which mobile phone should i buy? can i write a program if i connect my mobile phone and computer by using USB instead of COM Port? can i connect them by using bluetooth? how can i send and receive SMS???

I think any nokia models works fine for that...
You must use SDK Connectivity to handle in/out sms and other operations...
