BMP to OTA OTB LOGO OPERATOR

I have to convert a BMP to OTA.
It should be enough to "swap" the lines of the BMP because
lines go from "lower" to "upper" like
3333
2222
1111

while bits in OTA are
1111
2222
3333
etc etc
isn't it ?
